Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be despatched?

We despatch our boxes on the 1st of each month. If you’ve opted for the Bride To Be Subscription, then a box will be despatched on the 1st of every other month (e.g. Box 1 = 1st Jan, Box 2 = 1st March, Box 3 = 1st May etc). Delivery will typically take 3 to 5 working days.

How often are boxes despatched?

We despatch our boxes once a month. If you have signed up for a Bride To Be Box subscription you will receive a box every other month. Our subscription is made up of six different boxes, each with a different theme. Subscriptions last 12 months.

What is in my box?

Each box is different and we really don’t want to spoil the surprise. We promise to only include products that we have personally hand selected to help the bride to be on her journey to the big day. To get an idea of the sort of things to expect in your box you can view our ‘You’re Engaged Box’ or visit our Instagram feed.

An item in my box is broken, what should I do?

We do everything we can to ensure that our items make it to you in one piece, but occasionally accidents do happen. If any of the items in your box are faulty or broken please email and we will arrange a replacement for you.

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you have opted for a pay as you go subscription you can cancel this 14 days prior to your next box despatch date. If you cancel after this period you will receive and be charged for your next box but will not receive or be charged for any subsequent boxes.

If you have opted to pay for the entire subscription up front you are unable to cancel.

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery to UK addresses.

Do you deliver to countries outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer delivery to countries outside of the UK at this moment in time.
